Positivity is a choice YOU make.
You can choose to be negative, or you can choose to be positive. It’s as simple as that! When you choose to be positive, you see more of the bright side of things.
Having a positive outlook is a choice you will have to make every day. It’s not easy but it’s the best choice for you if you want to achieve your goals and be happy.
There are positives and negatives to all situations. Choosing to see the positive in a situation will keep your spirits high. It will put you in a better position to be effective and to enjoy yourself as much as possible. Trust me, you will be a better person when you remain optimistic.
Of course, there are advantages to everything. Look for those advantages and use them to the best of your ability. Every situation has something to offer if you are willing to look hard enough.
Be determined to make the best of every situation you encounter in your life.
Negativity is exhausting and makes you less resourceful. Negativity will drain your energy and conceal the possibilities. To say the least, negativity is a poor choice for your life.
Instead, choose to be hopeful, positive, and optimistic. These characteristics will open lots of doors for you.
Today, your goal should be to try to maintain a positive perspective. If you view the world from the perspective of positivity, you focus on the good things and not the bad things. Make positivity your choice today and every day!
Ask yourself these four questions:
1. When I am the most negative, does it help?
2. What would happen if I were more positive?
3. How does being negative impact my life?
4. What could I choose to be more positive about in my life right now?
Take a moment to really answer these questions and think about how your current actions, thoughts and beliefs could be holding you back from reaching your goals and then start making some much needed changes. You can do it…and I’m here to help!
